Refund policy
No returns or refunds after 30 days of order. Once your order ships, there are no refunds or returns, for any reason. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking, freight and processing fees on the TOTAL order amount including shipping and deposit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you install it, YOU OWN IT. Any installed products, including shocks are non returnable for any reason. There will not be any refunds or partial refunds once you install the product.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Returns and refunds approved by TSW OffroadIf approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

As a small business, chargebacks and credit card disputes have a significant impact on our operations, and we ask that customers contact us directly first so we can resolve any concerns quickly and efficiently.

If you have any issue with your order, service, or product, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your credit card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
Unauthorized or Premature Disputes
If a credit card dispute (chargeback) is initiated before contacting us or while an order is in progress or in transit, the following may apply:

Shipments may be stopped, rerouted, or withheld when possible

Any applicable fees, shipping costs, or processing costs may be deducted from refunds

Orders in Transit
Once an order has shipped, it is considered fulfilled. If a dispute is opened after shipment:

We may attempt to reroute or intercept the package, but this is not guaranteed

The customer is responsible for return shipping and any carrier fees
