Very pleased with the service. I bought 2 rebuilt rear shocks and had one upgrade done to them. Sucks the their best set of used rebuilds cost just as much as a brand new set would have, but new sets were 3 months out at the time of order. Plus the $750 listed is not what I paid. I paid $100 less. But overall, I would deal with again. The entire transaction was painless.

Ordered replacement front shock from TSW. They arrived a few days early. I installed them that week. And I will return my original shocks this week. Using the same box the new ones came in. I had to re-enforce the packaging to return them. But all in all. So far a great experience. I expect I will get the full $250 back because mine are in Decent shape.
